Claude Workspace Access
Claude Workspace Access is a private tool with no public users. Its only users are the two Google accounts belonging to its operator. This policy describes what it does with the data in those accounts.
It does not request Google Drive, Contacts, Photos, or payment data.
The tool runs on a single computer the operator owns. OAuth credentials are stored in a file on that machine, readable only by the operator's account. Nothing is uploaded to a server run by this application, because there is no such server. There is no database, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
The point of this tool is to let an AI assistant work on the operator's mail and calendar. When the operator asks it to, message and event content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing, and is handled under Anthropic's privacy policy. That is the only outside service any Google data reaches. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
This application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is not used for advertising, and is not sold or transferred except as described in the section above.
Message and calendar content is not retained by the tool beyond the task being performed; only the OAuth credential is stored, so the tool does not have to re-authorize constantly. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends the tool's access. Deleting the credential file on the operator's machine has the same effect locally.
This tool is not directed to children and has no public users of any age.
